How long will it take for my lighting fixtures to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger chandeliers or fragile custom pieces, please allow up to 10-14 business days for specialized handling and delivery.
What is your return policy for installed items?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that once a fixture has been installed or the wires have been cut, it is no longer eligible for a return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do your fixtures come with light bulbs included?
Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs to allow you to choose the specific color temperature and brightness you prefer. However, integrated LED fixtures come with built-in light sources that do not require bulbs.
Are Merge Lighting products compatible with smart home systems?
Yes, our manual fixtures are compatible with smart bulbs and smart dimmers. If you are purchasing an integrated LED unit, please check the product specifications for specific smart-bridge compatibility.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Glass and delicate components are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will send out replacement parts or a full new unit at no extra cost to you.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all Merge Lighting products come with comprehensive mounting hardware and instructions. To ensure safety and warranty compliance, we highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician.
