At Merge Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience. If your fixture isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and uninstalled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Fixture
Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are securely included to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is uninstalled and undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
